Veridix started with a question our founders kept asking at the end of long clinic days: why is it so hard to see what’s going on in your own practice?
Who we are
A healthcare software company.
Veridix AI, Inc. is a Florida company that builds software for outpatient medical practices. Our first product, Vitae EHR, handles clinical documentation and was built first for psychiatry and behavioral health. Veridix CRM, for patient communication, and Practice Intelligence, an owner’s view of the practice, are in development.
We started in behavioral health because that’s where our founders work. Outpatient medicine more broadly is where we’re headed.
We build and maintain our own products. We don’t take on outside web or software projects.
Our founders
Built by people who see patients.
Veridix was founded by two U.S. healthcare providers. They know practice software from both sides: as clinicians finishing notes after the last patient leaves, and as owners trying to piece together how the practice is doing.
They write the clinical and operational workflows themselves and work directly with our engineers. Vitae is used every day in their own practices, which keeps us honest about what works and what doesn’t.

A visit becomes a note. A note supports a code. A code becomes a claim, and a claim becomes a payment. In most practices, each of those lives in a different system. We’re connecting them, so a problem at any step shows up where the owner can see it.

Headquartered in Florida. Built in Lahore.
Our headquarters is in Fort Lauderdale. Our engineering team works from Arfa Software Technology Park in Lahore and is employed by Veridix Pakistan LLC, a subsidiary of Veridix AI, Inc.
The engineers who build Vitae talk directly with the founders who use it. That short distance between the people writing the code and the people using it is how we work.
